Economical accumulator strapping tool for joining polypropylene straps and polyester PET straps. The strapping strap is tensioned by the operator using a lever which using the gears puts a draught into the strap. The strapping tool joints the strap using a friction mechanism driven by an accumulator. The strapping tool is balanced, simple and light. The feeding of the strap is from the left side and the strap is inserted into the strapping tool into the split leading groove.
